Communications Challenge:
CRW was growing its business quickly and needed to upgrade its technology to keep pace. They required more flexibility, reliability and more space for data. Because CRW’s business is also heavily reliant on mobile devices, it needed a solution that could be a complete package. CRW needed to upgrade not only the functionality of its in-office technology, but also enhance their ability to access data via mobile applications while reducing risk from compromising data systems.

RevaComm helped CRW to deploy a new Hybrid Email System throughout three companies. The Hybrid email system allowed CRW companies to use the robust Microsoft Exchange Email system for those members that needed the flexibility of real time syncing of their email, contacts, calendars, tasks and notes between their computer, the web and their mobile device. In addition, RevaComm provided a robust business class email for other CRW staff to allow users to sync their email, notes, calendars, contacts and tasks through timed intervals on the webmail server providing the right level of functionality at great value. This mix of Hybrid Email Services allowed for a 15 percent cost savings to CRW and also allows them to manage and maintain all aspects of their email system and gain access to helpful user support documents without having to rely on outside administrative support.
Website Challenge:
CRW also needed to improve their online branding and build a more comprehensive web presence to represent its capabilities and services more accurately. One of the key factors desired by Guy was a site that would allow CRW the ability to update information and upload images of their current and completed projects on their own and give them control over their website content. RevaComm was able to provide solutions to all of the challenges faced by CRW.
Website Solution:
RevaComm created an aesthetically pleasing design for CRW’s new website and created an easy to use interface for visitors. The new website also utilizes a user-friendly Content Management System (CMS) as its foundation which allows CRW to maintain control of their content with minimal support required from RevaComm. RevaComm also provided an interactive photo gallery as part of the site to spotlight roofing projects as well as an online blog forum for its managers to manage and share company knowledge more effectively.
