Collaborative Development

RevaComm believes in a collaborative, systemic approach to planning projects. We conduct workshops with key individuals in the organization to clarify the vision, mission, and development objectives. Emphasis during the workshop is on defining the business case for the project, including the revenue model and technological issues to be solved. As consensus is reached, we build a "scenario" that allows effective and rapid prototype development. With an approved prototype, we are positioned to move to development and implementation.
