As a Capture Manager, you are a key player in our Sales and Business Development team. You will be responsible for the research, analysis, and strategy to capture and win current and future opportunities for all areas of our business. The ideal candidate will have several years of capture management experience and additional experience within sales, business development, proposal writing, or project management. The key to success will be the ability to shape and influence stakeholders in the capture management process, both internally and externally, to rapidly improve outcomes and stay ahead of changing market forces. Your main focus will be on leading DoD and Federal Government RFX opportunities.

We serve the Department of Defense, financial institutions, healthcare, state, local and federal government, and other industries along with their customers.

  • Lead the capture management process using your influence to partner with sales, business development, proposal writers, and senior staff throughout the capture process
  • Drive qualification, assessment and development of new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute capture strategies and plans
  • Coordinate meetings, reviews, and strategy sessions with senior staff
  • Continuous improve in our capture management process, increasing both throughput and win percentage
  • Be part of a cross-functional team that respects, supports, and pushes for continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years capture management experience
  • Additional sales, business development, or proposal writing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced in technology or software development industries
  • Bachelor’s in a relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience
  • US Citizen (must be able to obtain a security clearance)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • DoD or Fed Gov capture management experience
  • Active security clearance desired
  • Familiarity with working in an Agile environment

Salary Range: Negotiable, Based on Experience
