RevaComm is looking for an experienced Contract Manager – Federal Government to manage and help administer DoD and federal government contracts. This is a new role for the company and reflects our growing software services line of business serving the federal government. As a provider of software development, User-Centered Design, and DevSecOps services, you will manage post-award contract activities on behalf of the company and contribute to pre-award activities on occasion. Deep knowledge of federal government contracting vehicles and policies will set you apart from other candidates. To be successful in this role, you must be able to build and maintain relationships with customer counterparts, decision-makers, and stakeholders.

We serve the Department of Defense, financial institutions, healthcare, state, local and federal government, and other industries along with their customers.

If You Join Us, You Will:

  • Be responsible for managing one or more of our largest DoD and federal government contracts (SBIR, FFP, T&M, IDIQ, etc.)
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to administer the contract, to include post-award activities, negotiations, payments, contract reviews, and customer initiated or contractually mandated activities
  • Stay deeply informed on the progress of services and deliverables under the contracts
  • Advise project/program leadership regarding contract requirements, regulations, and compliance
  • Develop, implement, and manage contract management processes for the company
  • Prepare and maintain all contract-related documentation
  • Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams during the RFx and pre-award phase
  • Participate in internal and customer contract, business, and cost reviews
  • Participate in audits from external agencies
  • Be part of a cross-functional team that respects, supports, and pushes for continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience as a Contract Manager in private industry supporting federal government contracts
  • Expert with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
  • BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience representing on behalf of and managing contracts for government agencies
  • 3+ years experience in technology or software industry
  • Security clearance a plus
  • Professional certificates in government contract management a plus

Salary Range: Negotiable, Based on Experience
