Inside Sales Specialist – Product/Services

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will join our growing Business Development, Sales, and Capture team. You will play a key role by sourcing new opportunities, follow-up with leads, and manage communications with potential customers. This is a highly collaborative role that requires coordination with others on the team to qualify and convert opportunities in line with team goals and company strategies.

We serve the Department of Defense, financial institutions, healthcare, state, local and federal government, and other industries along with their customers.

If You Join Us, You Will:

  • Increase sales of our software services and products to new and existing customers
  • Seek out and qualify new opportunities from sources such as SAM.gov and other federal, state, and local websites seeking to acquire software services or products
  • Manage communications between the team, buying office, and the buyer’s contracting officer
  • Maintain lead and customer information in a CRM tool
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders ensuring business goals and visions are met
  • Be part of a cross-functional sales team that respects, supports, and pushes for continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in a B2B sales role, ideally in a technology company
  • 3+ years experience providing products or services to the federal government
  • Familiar with CRM tools and processes as well as associated technologies
  • BS/MS in Marketing, Business Administration, a similar field of study, or equivalent work experience
  • US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experienced in collaborating with customers, UX, and non-technical partners
  • DoD sales experience a plus

Salary Range: Negotiable, Based on Experience
