As a Marketing Communications Designer, you will be the first designer on our small but growing marketing team. You will focus on designing our website, building up our visual brand, creating digital marketing assets, and collaborating with others to attract and engage potential customers across various channels, platforms, and mediums. You got this if you have a working knowledge of digital design, branding, advertising, photography, videography, and social media.

We serve the Department of Defense, financial institutions, healthcare, state, local and federal government, and other industries along with their customers.

  • Apply user-centered design principles to solve challenging marketing problems and create content that lands with customers
  • Execute on the marketing plan in alignment with the company’s overall business development blueprint and strategic plan with little supervision
  • Leverage various marketing mediums including, email, print ads, video, internet, and social media, to attract and ultimately convert new customers
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders on a daily basis
  • Be part of a cross-functional team that respects, supports, and pushes for continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years design experience promoting brands or campaigns
  • Expert with CRM tools and processes as well as associated technologies
  • Expert with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
  • Bachelor’s in a relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agency experience highly desired
  • Experience in other marketing functions
  • Web development, HTML/CSS experience
  • UI/UX Design experience
  • Familiar with working in an Agile environment

Salary Range: Negotiable, Based on Experience
