RevaComm is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and implement brand, marketing, and public relations strategies that support the organization’s overall strategic plan and vision for growth. The Marketing Manager will utilize various marketing channels and methodologies to identify, engage, and convert target audiences within the federal government, state and local government, and commercial markets. To be successful in this role takes teamwork and the ability to engage with company executives as well as business development teams.

We serve the Department of Defense, financial institutions, healthcare, state, local and federal government, and other industries along with their customers.

If You Join Us, You Will:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the brand marketing plan in alignment with the company’s overall business development blueprint and strategic plan
  • Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches
  • Identify new market segments that will benefit from the company’s products and services
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies and related campaigns for the company and in-house client brands
  • Leverage various marketing mediums including, direct mail, print ads, networking, internet, and social media, to attract and ultimately convert new customers
  • Create and distribute all brand content for marketing materials, promotions, websites, and other external brand communications
  • Disseminate press releases and be the focal point for public relations
  • Represent RevaComm at various events and conferences as a company ambassador
  • Work across the company to create material which can be marketed to target audiences showcasing our technical depth and focus on User-Centered Design
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders on a daily basis
  • Be part of a cross-functional team that respects, supports, and pushes for continuous improvement

  • Effective at adhering to commercial and federal government compliance requirements and standards (i.e. Web Accessibility, GDPR, CCPA, or similar)
  • Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experienced in writing and reviewing advertising content and other marketing materials
  • Data-driven and experienced in establishing marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Excellent project managers, able to create order out of chaos, detail oriented, and are flexible and adaptable if changes in priorities occur
  • Self-starters and fast-learners who are able to independently research and resolve issues using appropriate resources
  • Comfortable working with multi-disciplinary, multicultural, and geographically dispersed teams
  • Confident and proactive in communicating challenges and opportunities
  • Committed to their personal success, as well as success of their peers
  • Technologists at heart and leaders in practice

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience as a Marketing Manager developing and implementing marketing strategies, ideally in a B2B technology company
  • 3+ years experience marketing products or services to the federal government
  • Familiar with CRM tools and processes as well as associated technologies
  • Expert with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, a similar field of study, or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience directly supervising and leading others
  • Familiar with working in an Agile environment
  • HTML and basic web design desired
  • Experienced in collaborating with customers, UX, and non-technical partners
  • Sales experience a plus

Salary Range: Negotiable, Based on Experience
