Outbound Marketing Specialist

We are expanding our marketing and business development teams to better reach the right customers and grow the business. RevaComm is hiring an experienced outbound marketing professional to take our marketing strategies and turn them into executable campaigns to reach prospective customers. You will utilize various marketing channels and methodologies to identify, engage, and qualify leads within the federal government, state and local government, and commercial markets. To be successful in this role takes teamwork and the ability to work across marketing and business development teams. You got this if you are experienced in executing data-driven direct marketing strategies, end-to-end campaigns, writing copy, and coordinating with designers.

We serve the Department of Defense, financial institutions, healthcare, state, local and federal government, and other industries along with their customers.

If You Join Us, You Will:

  • Join a team that is rapidly growing the company’s marketing capabilities, expertise, and impact on the bottom line
  • Own campaigns from end-to-end, to include segmentation, targeting, messaging, creation of content, outreach, and measurement
  • Execute on the marketing plan in alignment with the company’s overall business development blueprint and strategic plan with little supervision
  • Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective outbound marketing approaches
  • Take a data-driven approach to qualify leads before including business development and sales in the sales process
  • Leverage various marketing mediums including, direct mail, print ads, networking, internet, and social media, to attract and ultimately convert new customers
  • Create and distribute all brand content for marketing materials, promotions, websites, and other external brand communications
  • Represent RevaComm at various events and conferences as a company ambassador
  • Work across the company to create material which can be marketed to target audiences showcasing our technical depth and focus on User-Centered Design
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders on a daily basis
  • Be part of a cross-functional team that respects, supports, and pushes for continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience doing outbound marketing, ideally in a B2B technology company
  • 1+ years experience marketing products or services to the federal government
  • Expert with CRM tools and processes as well as associated technologies
  • Expert with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, a similar field of study, or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in other marketing functions desired
  • Familiar with working in an Agile environment
  • Experienced in collaborating with customers, UX, and non-technical partners

Salary Range: Negotiable, Based on Experience
