RevaComm is growing and looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team leading People Operations to scale our amazing culture and business as we continue to grow. This person will be the most senior HR professional in the organization, reporting directly to the COO, with the responsibility for People Operations which includes Talent Acquisition, People, and Culture.

We serve the Department of Defense, financial institutions, healthcare, state, local and federal government, and other industries along with their customers.

  • Partner with the executive team to maintain and support the culture through company growth by being a key thought partner in areas of talent, people management, company culture, and compensation
  • Lead, manage and build the People Operations (HR) team with a focus on mentorship, development, empowerment and accountability
  • Ensure that programs, processes and policies are designed to promote a diverse, inclusive, and empathetic culture in alignment with core values
  • Oversee performance management and implement continuous feedback programs to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Build out programs and training for our leaders to better manage and engage their teams
  • Design and manage programs that foster employee satisfaction, morale, productivity, and well-being
  • Ensure that total compensation processes like salary benchmarking, salary adjustments, promotions, job evaluation, salary structure design, and job analysis are defined and reviewed regularly
  • Partner with legal advisors to oversee the development of a global compliance framework that ensures RevaComm is up to date on all local laws and regulations; develop and roll out HR policies and procedures

  • Strategic and have tactical and operational knowledge of all HR functional areas including recruiting, onboarding, training and development, management coaching, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, Organization Design, HRIS, and outsourced HR functions
  • Highly knowledgeable about HR compliance and regulations in Hawaii and throughout the US
  • Comfortable working with multi-disciplinary, multicultural, and geographically dispersed teams
  • Confident and proactive in communicating challenges and opportunities
  • Committed to their personal success, as well as success of their peers

Basic Qualifications:

  • Self-directed People Operations leader with 7+ years of relevant experience
  • BS/MS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Demonstrated success in leading People Operations functions
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and supervise multiple direct reports
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent project management skills in defining scope, schedules, and resources to ensure consistent quality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of HR Management or People Operations experience in a professional services environment
  • PHR or SPHR certification
  • Program/Project Management experience
  • Familiarity with working in an Agile environment

Salary Range: Negotiable, Based on Experience
