Our UX Team is growing! We are specifically looking for a skilled and talented UX/UI Designer to add to our team that is open to teaching aspiring designers and other industry partners what good UX and UI design is. We are actively involved in creating a culture of great design within our communities and are looking for a few more people to add to the team.

RevaComm UX designers modernize web marketing and web application user experiences, design efficient websites and create awesome custom software user experiences. Most of all, we learn anything and everything to get the job done well. Our projects serve the Department of Defense, banks, car dealers, state, local and federal government, and other industries along with their customers.

  • Teach active duty military and industry partners about UX/UI design and empower them to be successful in leading application transformation at the highest levels
  • Provide on-going mentorship to cohort individuals
  • Design User Experiences for Web and Mobile Applications
  • Help to build a design team that aims to be world-class
  • Identify Customer UX Solutions

Our Ideal Candidates Are:

  • Knowledgeable of industry standards and best practices
  • Aware of UI/UX Design Principals with focus on ROI
  • Comfortable working with multi-disciplinary, multi-locational and multicultural teams
  • Comfortable teaching, critiquing, and mentoring young designers
  • Comfortable presenting and talking to groups of people
  • Confident and proactive in communicating challenges or opportunities
  • Committed to your personal success, as well as your peers

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years relevant Web UI/UX Experience
  • 2+ years teaching and mentoring designers and/or design teams
  • Degree in Graphic Design or similar field of study or work experience
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Front-end Development Skills Preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passion for designing amazing user experiences
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and articulate design challenges and solutions
  • Experience collaborating with customers, developers, and non-technical partners
  • Familiarity with working in an Agile environment

Salary Range: Negotiable, Based on Experience
